Nothing published on this website, provided during a consultation, or contained in any report or model we produce constitutes regulated advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA 2000). In particular, we do not make personal recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any specific investment, pension, or other regulated financial product.
What we provide instead is independent commentary, cashflow and sensitivity modelling, and general financial-planning education — intended to help you understand your own position more clearly, not to direct your decisions.
Where regulated advice is needed
Some decisions require regulated advice from an FCA-authorised adviser — for example, a specific personal recommendation about a product, transaction, or provider. Where that is the case, we will say so plainly and refer you to an appropriately authorised specialist, rather than provide that recommendation ourselves.
No ongoing commitment
Our services are provided for a fixed, agreed fee with no commission, no assets-under-management charges, and no requirement to continue working with us once the agreed work is delivered.
